Network Magic was fantastic for managing your home network. It resolved NAS connection issues that we now experience with every Windows 10 update. I wish it was re-released there isn't a Home version nearly as easy to use
I never run down a product that people have put so much effort into it,
but for two years now I have been trying to remove the desktop icon from the
desktop, and it is still there. What kind of software is that? Do not purchase this product. I can not remove it.
I've been using Network Magic since it was first released, started with the free version, then upgraded to Pro. It's been one of the best software utilities I've owned and was very disappointed when it disappeared after Cisco took over. Very shabby customer service by Cisco.
Only now (mid 2014), the software is starting to show its age, functioning well but for telling me my Internet is not connected (it is).
I'll gladly pay a subscription or licence renewal fee if the new owners decide to update or replace it.
I absolutely love Network Magic. Typically, these big corporates take over small ones and bring in their greedy, lousy corporate practices.
So what happens to those of us who bought Network Magic Pro? We mourn the loss of a brilliant product!
Network magic was owned by Cisco, who put it under Linksys, and Linksys went to Belkin.
Belkin doesn't know what to do with it. If enough people contact Belkin and ask how to activate it, they may just come up with a way, or put it in the public domain so others can figure it out.

Many thanks for the report. We have taken it into account.
